Why Landscape Staging?

First impressions matter and home exteriors are always the first impression. Each project is as unique as the home and the client. At the same time, sellers and their agents share a common goal to maximize sale price. I am here to support that goal.

I meet with each client (either the homeowner or their realtor) to determine the scope of the project (one-time or while the project is on the market). A project can be as simple as refreshing the area surrounding the front door or expanded to include staging both the front and back yards. I respect the budgetary and time constraints facing clients when selling a property. Together we will find the balance between optimizing a home’s appeal to buyers and the seller’s budget.

A resident of Palm Springs, I was formally educated at CalPoly Pomona and have years of experience working with both commercial and residential properties providing landscape design and maintenance services.
